‘Crises’ management, is also defined as..’Critical reactions/responses, in situations, ensuring stability/sustainability’. During, any crises, are we consciously anchored, like a beaming light house, built upon a very solid rocky foundation or considers oneself, as one of brick which makes up the entire structure. In real life, are we the mighty skeptical waves, to test the quality of the light house or feel part of the light house itself, for the navigators.
