     The perception/experience of the absence/hinderance of heat is deemed to be cold/frozen. That is, when warmth/heat is being deprived/taken away from its natural habitat/environment.... as commonly witnessed  within water, it solidifies and we call the water ice cold/frozen hard. Not necessarily the absence of sun light within the process. The encapsulated eco chamber/system keeps its surroundings frozen/hardened is the enchanting game of science/nature. So could 'ice' be then summarized to be -'Into encapsulated/entrapped energy'?

    When the warmth is taken away from 'any' relationships what/where do we end up as/get? When parents become heartless. / Priests becomes politicians. / Teachers becomes businessmen. / Friends become opportunities. / Partners become skeptical. / Healthcare becomes butcher shops.... What is being lost in that/such relationships?

     To be sick is very often emotionally expressed/experienced to be 'Sulking into chronic kickbacks'.... delivering unproductive/ undesired physical outcomes/emotional stress. Is health then directly related/proportional to our choices in life? How can then our nurturing food habits / natural evolutionary process, impact the status of an individual/species? When to be deemed healthy, one is expected/guided to maintain a balance/equilibrium within our social/mental/physical/spiritual understandings and undertakings. Rightly pointed out to me by a colleague/friend, that as we mature in age our first priority and sensible responsibility, should be to heed  attention to our aging tissues/body and pick healthy lifestyle/choicE
