Timed

'This is my energy derivation', is all about a single word, coined as 'Timed'. For, organic consciousness to derive emotions/energy out of complex symbiotic/hemostatic relationships, it has to have at least two of these basic elements to nourish/sustain itself, namely air/water/soil.

Energy is within everything, visible-tangible / invisible-abstract,  how one interprets/utilizes it, is the bi product of constraints/options available. For instance, hydrogen and oxygen is the basic element for hydrogen cars /Hydro carbons and its bi products for bio fuel  cars / Ionic elements, are vital for electrically propelled cars. These are all different elements, utilizing/transforming its potential energy into kinetic energy/force, to propel an object from point x to z. Where time, would have a story/lesson, to share, still continued within an era , where the winner takes it all, where the leaders lead with their followers....ideologically/spiritually/materially.

The input/output, of opportunities/circumstances underlines that , 'To whom much is given, much more is being expected out to be delivered'.. manifesting either a positive - favorable / negative -exploratory outcome. Time, summaried as read....'Life is a comedy for the rich, tragedy for the poor, game for the ignorant, dream for the wise'.

wAr

War in simple words is 'What a revenge!'..towards the ideologies, when held close to the heart, to become 'what a reverence'..either consciously/ignorantly when arrogance and pride takes over its classic pillars of ego/ignorance. War manifests destructiOn/evolutiOn, at a catastrophic cost/ colossal sacrifices. Wars are mainly a bi-product of ideological/religious differences, built around scarcity/difference in opinion, of available resources/emotions.  Whatever is the nurtured/nature of the underlining, driving virtuous spirit /ideological lineage of an individual/community, will eventually determine the soft/hard intrinsic groomed nature of its citizens/nation at large. Where people-citizens/land-elements/ideology-principle values.... acts as the practical/emotional underlying variables/choices to pick and choose from...Some pick people/ideology/land in that order to call itself democratic. Some pick land/ideology/people to call itself autocratic. While some pick ideology/land/people to call itself theocratic as well.

The wise learn from the lessons of the past/present, the animal instinctively driven, repeats their lesson. Individuals/Communities set priorities within these parametric platforms Family-individual(s)/Ideology-principle(s)/People-collectively to finally emerge out as a follower/leader with quality/quantity management principles to proceed within its input/outcome built around the trinity variables of good/fast/cheap. To be offered practically very often, with the option of only picking two of the later variables, available, to end up eventually with conflicts/emotional outcry's.

So as to highlight these variables, within management: good /fast/cheap..for instance to pick between good customer service, with a fast service it won't be cheap, to sustain the quality of its input/output.  Leadership quality: what personalities are entertained and nurtured, who put the interest of its people-employees / Institutional core values / Their personal self interest or family first....will determine the culture of that institution or corporation. Nationally and ideologically, what is its core underlying spirit what comes first, is it its People / Land / Ideologies, will define its Mission/Vision. Where ever individuals/people are put first, its challenging but, holistically rewarding to anything placed before it.

The word war, should remind us of two words, causes/symptoms, and train/learn to look at perspectives from the opposing individuals experiences/perspectives, to groom peace/unity, within mushrooming diversities, thus to evolve out into a better tomorrow, within a constant measurable/accountable infinite metrics, known as the timE

campUs

An ecoSystem/ ecoChamber, of giving and taking, holistically nurtured unconditionally/nonjudgmentally becomes a universal platform of/for campus. Built around Us/our vS mine/I. So 'campUs' is it not  'Coming and making propositions, upon situations' for our collective good/wellbeing, to lead forward/evolve  into, the next chapter, from where we are physically/emotionally today. If health, with the objective to be healthy, is to be built around the four pillars to establish an environment/aura of physical/mental/social/spiritual well being.

'To whom, much is given, much more will be expected back.'. is a time tested statement. Some venture into this adventure/journey, called living life, to make a destiny for themselves/others vS let destiny make them..around some guiding principles/values. To eventually end up with leaders/followers. Happened to read a sentence on a social media platform.."I asked a wise man, Tell me, Sir, in which field can I make a great career? He said, with a smile, Be a good human being. There is a lot of opportunity, great need and very little competition." This platform/campus called our planet/space, is after all about our/us. May, the light/darkness mean something to everything/everyonE.

liberatiOn

What is the soul purpose of any religious/spiritual exposure and training? Its simply to prepare the soul, to be welcomed into the next platform of consciousness/experiences. That is to prepare our abstract spirit, for the next venture, we call life after death. Words used here are 'heaven'/rebirth back into 'earth' into a better comfortable status / 'hell'. The single word, to complement the sentences mentioned above is liberation, within the holistic totalitarian realm of spirituality. So liberation, is all about preparing for the  life, after death. Liberation reminds us that , 'It is in giving, we receivE'.

Guru

The trade mark, of a genuine/trustworthy wholesome 'Guru'/ 'Teacher', is when they are "Guiding under, responsible/researched/rehearsed, understandings/undertakings".

Honor & Respect, your Parents & caregivers -who gave birth and nourished. / Gurus-sharpens and added values, to the passion, reward them gratefully. / Leaders-who lead with examples are a treasure, nurture them.  Reminded..'Respect is earned / Honesty is appreciated /  Trust is gained / Loyalty is returned '.. 'If you realize how powerful your thoughts are, you did never think a negative thought'....because ..'Life is an eco, what you send out comes back. What you sow, you reap. What you give, you get. What you see in others, exists in you. Do not judge, so you will not be judged. Radiate and give love, and love comes back to you.' Simply because, 'People do not decide their futures, they decide their habits and their habits decide their futures'.
