War in simple words is 'What a revenge!'..towards the ideologies, when held close to the heart, to become 'what a reverence'..either consciously/ignorantly when arrogance and pride takes over its classic pillars of ego/ignorance. War manifests destructiOn/evolutiOn, at a catastrophic cost/ colossal sacrifices. Wars are mainly a bi-product of ideological/religious differences, built around scarcity/difference in opinion, of available resources/emotions. Whatever is the nurtured/nature of the underlining, driving virtuous spirit /ideological lineage of an individual/community, will eventually determine the soft/hard intrinsic groomed nature of its citizens/nation at large. Where people-citizens/land-elements/ideology-principle values.... acts as the practical/emotional underlying variables/choices to pick and choose from...Some pick people/ideology/land in that order to call itself democratic. Some pick land/ideology/people to call itself autocratic. While some pick ideology/land/people to call itself theocratic as well.
The wise learn from the lessons of the past/present, the animal instinctively driven, repeats their lesson. Individuals/Communities set priorities within these parametric platforms Family-individual(s)/Ideology-principle(s)/People-collectively to finally emerge out as a follower/leader with quality/quantity management principles to proceed within its input/outcome built around the trinity variables of good/fast/cheap. To be offered practically very often, with the option of only picking two of the later variables, available, to end up eventually with conflicts/emotional outcry's.
So as to highlight these variables, within management: good /fast/cheap..for instance to pick between good customer service, with a fast service it won't be cheap, to sustain the quality of its input/output. Leadership quality: what personalities are entertained and nurtured, who put the interest of its people-employees / Institutional core values / Their personal self interest or family first....will determine the culture of that institution or corporation. Nationally and ideologically, what is its core underlying spirit what comes first, is it its People / Land / Ideologies, will define its Mission/Vision. Where ever individuals/people are put first, its challenging but, holistically rewarding to anything placed before it.
The word war, should remind us of two words, causes/symptoms, and train/learn to look at perspectives from the opposing individuals experiences/perspectives, to groom peace/unity, within mushrooming diversities, thus to evolve out into a better tomorrow, within a constant measurable/accountable infinite metrics, known as the timE
