Leader

    Who is a leader? Should they be virteous healers / shrew dividers.  Who is our choice, someone who leads with arrogance/pride on a  platform of fear/vengeance  or someone who is 'selflessly' interested in instilling confidence / trust to their subjects.  What is the cultural attribute/attitude within once community/nation today. Is it..  'give me a fish'-short sighted /'teach me to fish'-far sighted. Needless to emphasize on the difference between a leader/boss. Who do we prefer for self/next generation? 'Learning endurance and defining endurance radiantly' could it be then an attribute to a leader/leadership trait. What type of leadership models do we witness today? Do we prefer a leader who displays shallow sympathy or someone who instills confidence? Is an emotional/prudent question to seek and learn to evolve to pick/balance given the choice between emotionally driven/prudently driven styles of leadership traits. Who do we eventually pick, given a choice between a pungent-rotting/bitter-impalitable pick?

    What did any leader do, putting aside an emotional 'abstract' drive and contribute towards our 'tangible' welfare drives... be retirement planes/ healthcare/educational development/ building bridges to burning them.  Learning to unlearn and relearn is also an opportunity. Pasting within a statement made on the social platform....'Should a piece of cloth define the charactor of an individual/nation in this 21st century. Should we promote the past tribalistic ideology of divide and rule or promote the dream of Tagore 'Where the mind is without fear'....to begin with the educated forward thinking/informed class or fall pray to something we constantly try to evolve out from. A malayali in his own state is divided as being from the north, south, middle....what do we want in reality than confuse ourselves and ignorant bystanders? What binds people together are these common denominators language/habits. Think! understand/undertake what is called mutual respect/space. Else we keep pacifying the constantly evolving symptoms and ignorantly/conveniently ignore the causes. 

    Look within to different organs/cells are they all identical? Actually what is our stand? Are we not blowing more air/ buying unconsciously/consciously more time for the old school of taughts, by getting engaged with the frequently erupting symptoms be political/ecological by nature and dream for a cleaner ecosystem.

    Who said/thinks we humans only have the emotional aura/empathy? Should we be any better/ responsibly evolved/ humanly sensible.. to self and our nature under the given evolved/evolving circumstance.

    Are we with solving the erupting causes/symptoms, be..  Political/Social/Ecological/Personal. Who are we eventually  turning towards, healers/dividers 'collectively'? Happened to talk to my mother today, who asked how are things going up there at at your community base, where you invest a bit of your earnings every month to support/sustain its base. Pandemic it seems has taken its toll....sometimes wonder, does it not then come with more opportunities than to be pessimistic/gloomy. Reminded of 'The word' / 'God' becoming flesh, to come and live/lead us with examples to promote godliness/hope to wickedness/despair....Only subjects go to their king, does the king have to come to their subordinate practically/logically behaving?  Are its brand ambassadors/promoters behaving like a casual Government employee, to serve as and when approached or becoming outgoing as mother Mary... to reach out to her cousin at her hour in need/loneliness.... having being conceived with her own burden to carry otherwise. It seems/feels very often rituals/traditions are becoming irrelevant/obsolete/stagnated/sluggish with the evolving challenges of a constant known as time.

        Happened ,to pitch in some points, after a developing nations, fiscal budget session. A decentralized/corporate driven budgeting. As far as the common middle/working class is concerned....there is no excitement. Is there anything for a universal health/pension scheme, for all tax payers? What stimulus/waver is given out for any working class, apart from pardoning, after suicidal acts be farmers/students/start up business entrepreneurs. A proposal to suck out more, from the strangled, and make them slog harder, to earn something out of, the Government infrastructure visual dream projects....as the mighty Egyptian Pharos did once upon a time. Nothing tangible/exciting, for the majority 90% in short. May be, free ration rice/lentil will keep rolling, for few more crital pandemic months. When/Where, money is being given, to the individuals, in developed nations, to spend it as they prefer, thus promoting demands, within stores/local business. God save, and their economists/enlightened ministers....many of whom, graduated from Europe/USA and do not understand how to roll it out, to their brethren's/sisters...as long as they and their families are treated/educated/sheltered abroad who really cares? Pay tolls, for the shining tax payed money roads./Use the modernized facilities/infrastructure with dignity and honor by paying its dues....Where are the decent 'reliable' jobs/outlets? Oh! such an unrealistic pessimist!

    History keeps repeating. 'Old wine within a new labelled bottle'. Causes/symptoms ironically remains the same....power/control..being carried forward/triggered/ignited today by the passionately enlightening ignorant adrenaline driven/bored pawns.Who believes, is on the side of crookedness /transparency? Do we actually know the history of our past and recent nationalists/humanists?  Polarized / Divided to be instigating/ eulogizing for what? Are the subtractions/divisions happening for Healthcare/Eduction/Job/Environment....or for the old tribalistic pride/dominance for whom/what? Check/Analyze the symptom/causE
