 Depending, ruggedly, under gangster's services.. is to be under the addiction/influence of.. 'drugs'. Reminded, any drug/toxin.. in the hands of a learned/trained physician, is very often a remedy for someone else. 

The current economic truth, being..is there any relevance/importance.. for, any physicians/pharmacists without any ailment/diseases and need to support veterans/law enforcing institutions.. without crime/prejudices. Drugs/Sex/Crime..if understood/undertaken.. prudently, can either make/break.. any lives.. is the given, choice/reality.. of our/the divine being.
